SANTA BARBARA - The National Oceanographic Atmosphere Administration (NOAA) has issued a Tsunami Advisory for the west coast:

 

The NOAA has predicted a tsunami could hit starting 12:30 pm Pacific time, however news reports from CNN indicate that the warnings could be off by as many as three hours.
