DUI Attorney Darryl Genis revealed today that he has a new complaint of excessive force against Santa Barbara Police officer Aaron Tudor. According to Genis, his client - a young woman in her 20's - had her right arm broken by Officer Tudor in a DUI arrest.

CHP Prevents Suicide on Cold Spring Bridge

On Friday, September 02, 2011 at approximately 3:27 PM the California Highway Patrol received a 911 call of a possible jumper on the Cold Spring Bridge. A CHP Officer in the vicinity immediately responded and was on the bridge within several minutes. Upon arriving on scene, the officer noticed a woman in tears, standing on the edge of the bridge with her hands on the railing.

UCSB Athlete Wins Triathlon

The UCSB Triathlon Team member Jonathan Waltman won the men's long course triathlon competition at the Santa Barbara Triathlon last Saturday, (8/27/11). UCSB Triathlon Team Alumnus Zack Paris, of the Elite Racing Team claimed second, finishing twenty-three seconds behind Jonathan.
